The resort presentation will include a fun and informational tour of the host resort's property that will explain the benefits of vacation ownership.
Your accommodations will be at Villa Del Palmar Cancun and your 120-minute sales presentation will be at Villa Del Palmar Cancun or a nearby property.
There WILL be a $30 per night resort fee due at time of resort verification.

This offer is only available for married couples one of which must be between the ages of 30 and 70 at the time of travel and must be gainfully employed or retired with a minimum annual household income of at least $50,000 USD and cohabitating couples with both being between the ages of 30 and 60 and must be gainfully employed or retired with a minimum annual household income of at least $50,000 USD. Married and Cohabitating Couples must provide government issued IDs with matching addresses of residence on photo IDs. Both partners must check-in and attend the presentation. Single Women that are between the ages of 30 and 70 and are gainfully employed or retired with an annual income of at least $50,000 are also qualified.
You must check in with, and present at your 120-minute presentation, Valid Photo Identification, such as a valid, non-expired Driver's License, state issued identification card or a Passport, AND a valid MAJOR CREDIT CARD with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Logo. NO Debit/Check Cards, business or corporate credit cards, Discover Card, or Pre-Paid Cards will be accepted.
You must be citizens of the United States or Canada (Excluding Quebec).
All participants must read and speak English or Spanish fluently and be able to sign a legally binding agreement without the aid of an interpreter.
This promotion is not valid for clients traveling for special events, including, but not limited to, Group Travel, Weddings, Conventions, etc. and cannot inclue any other stay in Mexico prior to this one.
You must arrive by airplane and you cannot be traveling or staying in any other property in Cancun.
Travelers who do not meet these requirements will lose their status of being a "Qualified Prospect" and will result in travelers paying the rack rate for the entire stay. The following are not qualified for this promotion: Hospitality, Military, Tourism Industry Employees (Airlines, travel Agency, Hotel, and Current or Former Timeshare Employees, etc.) and anyone who own real estate (full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Resort is located including Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and/or Cancun.
Individuals who have traveled to a Villa Group Resort within the immediately preceding 12 months and attended a Presentation (or more than twice in a lifetime) and owners or employees of the Villa Group Resorts (or their family members) do not qualify.
You must be willing to have a soft credit screening and must not have had a bankruptcy or mortgage foreclosure during the last year.
A copy of all travelers’ valid passports, as well as State-Issued IDs, must be submitted to StayPromo at email@example.com prior to booking. Couples must send in both valid IDs with matching addresses. No Exceptions.

StayPromo holds no discretion over the qualification requirements for participation in the resort preview. The qualifications have been set forth by the hosting resort developer. If StayPromo believes that the qualification requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation. If for any reason StayPromo is made aware that the presentation or accommodations are not available for your selected travel dates in the selected hotel/resort, StayPromo reserves the right to offer you alternate accommodations (Note: Additional costs may apply for alternative accommodations) or a full store credit of monies paid to StayPromo.
We will not assume responsibility for Acts of God or any purchases made in correlation with this trip including, but not limited to, airfare or attraction tickets. If for any reason StayPromo is not informed of additional guests that are traveling ahead of your scheduled arrival date, the additional guest rate offered by StayPromo will not apply.
Failure to meet the above mentioned qualifications or attend the required sales presentation will result in a charge back for all room nights, at an additional nightly rate, plus the forfeiture of all monies previously paid towards the package price.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To Reschedule Your Reservation:
StayPromo offers a flexible rescheduling policy in the event of a change of plans or emergency. If you provide 45 days advance notice, you can reschedule your dates for free once (as long as new dates are available and do not have any surcharges). Please note that if you don't give us at least 45 days advance notice on a change, a short-notice reschedule fee will be charged.
Canceling Your Reservation:
StayPromo understands that occasionally, you can't reschedule your trip and will have to cancel your reservation. You can reschedule your reservation up to 12 months from purchase. Your purchase is refundable for store credit only, which means you can use the purchase price towards any package on StayPromo.com and you have up to 12 months to set your dates with no blackout dates. You can cancel your reservation for free up to 45 business days prior to your arrival date. You will have a full 12 months from the date of purchase to rebook different dates with a 45 day advance notice, based on availability. If you are booking with less than 45 days advance notice of your check-in date, the free cancellation period does not apply and short notice cancellation of confirmed dates will incur a fee.

NO refunds will be given for No-Shows, early checkouts or any unused nights.
