You may only purchase ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED.

Qualified recipients must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card in their name. VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Company Cards or Discover Cards). The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards, debit cards, or Pre-Paid cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Attendance to an up to 120-minute resort preview during your stay is required. Children 6 years and under must stay in attended children's room during group portion of the presentation. Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.
Age - This promotion is open to the following:
Married or Cohabitating couples - one person must be must be between the ages of 25 - 75.
Single women - must be between the ages of 25 - 75 years of age.
Married or Cohabitating Couples must make a combined annual income of at least 50,000 U.S. dollars. Single Women must make a Minimum $50,000 USD Combined Annual Income. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify. Retirees accepted if they make a minimum $50,000 USD Annual income and meet all other qualifications.
Both qualified participants must speak and read Fluent English without the help of an interpreter.
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk. Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of cohabitation (Government-issued picture ID with matching addresses of residence, and/or marriage certificate). StayPromo will verify the identification prior to travel.
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples and legally single women. All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s). If you are Married or Cohabitating, you must Travel with your Spouse or package is voided.
Participants must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or Canada.
You will be receiving an email reservation confirmation within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgment. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.
Festiva, Peppertree, or Equivest Owners cannot book this promotion. Reservation holder must or spouse / significant other must not have toured a Sandcastle or Festiva Resort in the past 13 months or be a current or previous owner of Festiva Resorts.
Participants must not be scheduled for any other tour in the Myrtle Beach area. Participants must not have toured at an Orlando area Festiva site within the last 6 months.
Offer is not valid for any participant who has filed for bankruptcy.
Your only other financial responsibility besides the package price will be your standard hotel taxes which normally run $10-$20 per night depending on the season you are traveling in and any resort fees if the property you are staying at charges them.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To Reschedule Your Reservation:
StayPromo offers a flexible rescheduling policy in the event of a change of plans or emergency.
If you provide 7 days advance notice, you can reschedule your dates for free (as long as new dates are available and do not have any surcharges). Please note that if you don't give us at least 7 days notice, a short-notice reschedule fee of $100 will be charged.
Canceling Your Reservation:
StayPromo understands that occasionally, you can't reschedule your trip and will have to cancel your reservation. You can cancel your reservation for free up to 7 business days prior to your arrival date. You will have a full 12 months store credit from the date of purchase to rebook different dates with a 14 day advance notice, based on availability. The credit will be for the full purchase amount and can be used towards any promo on StayPromo.com for up to 12 months. If you are booking with less than 7 days advance notice of your check-in date, the free cancellation period does not apply and short notice cancellation of confirmed dates will incur a $100 fee.

NO refunds will be given for No-Shows, early checkouts or any unused nights.
