There is no obligation other than to attend the host resort's 120-minute vacation ownership sales presentation during your stay. The resort presentation will include a fun and informational tour of the host resort's property that will explain the benefits of vacation ownership.
Your accommodations will be at the Club & Hotel Condovac La Costa, and your 120-minute sales presentation will be at the Club & Hotel Condovac La Costa. Once your reservation is confirmed by the host resort, you will be sent an email confirmation that provides the location of the welcome center where you will check in and your sales presentation.
Promotional Qualifications :
I understand that I am required to attend a 120-minute resort preview sales presentation to receive this discounted rate.
You must be a married or cohabitating couple. Both partners must check-in and attend the presentation together and the both must be between the ages of 30 and 70. Couples must also provide government issued ID's with matching addresses of residence. Single women must be between the ages of 35 and 70.
You and your spouse, as well as single women, must have a combined annual income of $50,000 U.S. Dollars or greater. Child support, alimony, disability, or unemployment income does not apply.
You must check in with Valid Photo Identification, such as a valid, not expired, Driver's License, state issued identification card, a Passport, AND a valid personal MAJOR CREDIT CARD with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Logo. NO Discover Cards, business credit cards, Debit or Pre-Paid Cards will be accepted.
You must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States or Canada. You must not be in the process of bankruptcy or foreclosure.
All participants must read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the aid of an interpreter.
Participants that have attended a sales presentation with Club & Hotel Condovac La Costa or Villas Sol are not eligible. This offer is not valid for current airline, travel agency or active and former timeshare employees.
Guest pays resort fees and tax. There will also be a refundable $300 sercurity deposit required at check-in.
Prior to confirmation guest will receive a confirmation directly from the resort through docusign, you must complete this process to be completely confirmed. They will also receive an email requesting flight details 30 days prior to arrival so transportation can be arranged.
No Pets are allowed with the promotional offer.
StayPromo holds no discretion over the qualification requirements for participation in the resort preview. The qualifications have been set forth by the hosting resort developer. If StayPromo believes that the qualification requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
If for any reason StayPromo is made aware that the presentation or accommodations are not available for your selected travel dates in the selected hotel/resort, StayPromo reserves the right to offer you alternate accommodations (Note: Additional costs may apply for alternative accommodations) or a full store credit of monies paid to StayPromo. We will not assume responsibility for Acts of God or any purchases made in correlation with this trip including, but not limited to, airfare or attraction tickets.
If for any reason StayPromo is not informed of additional guests that are traveling ahead of your scheduled arrival date, the additional guest rate offered by StayPromo will not apply.
Failure to meet the above mentioned qualifications or attend the required sales presentation will result in a charge back for all room nights, at an additional nightly rate, plus the forfeiture of all monies previously paid towards the package price.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To Reschedule Your Reservation:
StayPromo offers a flexible rescheduling policy in the event of a change of plans or emergency.
If you provide 31 days advance notice, you can reschedule your dates for free (as long as new dates are available and do not have any surcharges). Please note that if you don't give us at least 31 days notice, a short-notice reschedule fee of $500 will be charged.
Canceling Your Reservation:
StayPromo understands that occasionally, you can't reschedule your trip and will have to cancel your reservation. You can cancel your reservation for free up to 31 business days prior to your arrival date. You will have a full 12 months store credit from the date of purchase to rebook different dates with a 30 day advance notice, based on availability. The credit will be for the full purchase amount and can be used towards any promo on StayPromo.com for up to 12 months. If you are booking with less than 30 days advance notice of your check-in date, the free cancellation period does not apply and short notice cancellation of confirmed dates will incur a $500 fee.

NO refunds will be given for No-Shows, early checkouts or any unused nights.
